     The project looked to bring a fresh food market and community center to the cultural melting pot of the Lower East Side. The market wrapped around the facade, with the tail end leading to the rest of the park, acting as an implied circulation route across the front. 

     Behind this market facade, we layered the programs of the building, including community classrooms that connected into the experimental garden, which parallels the more barren, yet higfhly circulated market.
